I sought treatment at Cabo Soft Dental Care by Dr. Rosa Pena in late 2010, because I had read terrific testimonials on the internet. Little did I know that when those were written รขโ‚ฌโ€œ Dr. Rosa Pena (who is only a general dentist) had specialists doing most of her work and they no longer worked there leaving her to attempt specialistรขโ‚ฌโ„ขs work such as implants and surgeries on her own.

Dr. Pena gave me 8 dental implants and some fillings. I was told to come back in Oct. 2011 to finish putting in bridges with crowns for a brand new smile with implants instead of dentures.

Then things got UGLY. I spent 3 weeks in Cabo instead of one as they promised me- fixing and doing work. She destroyed my smile. Dr. Rosa Pena attempted to get me to return home in the states with a flat block of teeth in my front upper jaw after having been there for two weeks already, and asking me to return in 6 months when they would get a new set of bridges for my jaw after healing. I decided to stay after much complaining and e-mail writing on my part to the office.

When I returned home I realized just what an awful job they did. Instead of putting the implants in to go along my natural jaw line, she pointed them inward towards the roof of his mouth. Dr. Rosa Pena successfully minimized my teeth by a quarter to at least half an inch. The crowns and bridges are so heavy and thick I have a permanent lisp and have difficulty placing my tongue on the roof of my mouth.

This Cabo Dental Soft Care dental adventure cost me $17,000 plus accommodations, airfare, and food. This Cabo dental vacation had become a vacation to dental ***.

Back in the US, my dentist there told me that 6 of the 8 implants need to come out because they were not grounded in bone but the GUM tissue instead. Needed also were bone grafts, and new bridges with crowns as the implants were set improperly and had to come out. What an outrageous waste of time and money!

Some time after the items were set in my mouth by Dr. Pena my front teeth fell out because the bridge simply came loose because of poor cement. One of my back molar crowns also broke.

I now have a new bill for $23,000 (Twenty three thousand dollars), plus endless surgeries and bone grafts to attempt to correct the damage in the US caused by this dentist. US dentists have given me a "fair to good" prognosis, but there is no guarantee that the bone grafts will take. I could be wearing dentures in the near future if the corrections donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt work.

Iรขโ‚ฌโ„ขll be 50 years old in November. Further research online has informed me that Cabo Soft Dental Care used to be called Angels Touch Dental Clinic and that after losing a lawsuit, Dr?. Pena reputedly changed the business name to avoid judgements,.

Dr/. Pena has also been accused of frauding patients and criminal charges have been filed by the Cabo district attorney:. She is a general dentist preying on innocent dental tourist patients and should not be doing surgery or implants|. I guess I wonรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt be getting any of my money back from these crooks anytime soon|.

Now a book that has been released a second edition and well written about the GEN Y is insightful and laid out in a manner that even remedial readers like Nick could understand so I can see why a person who wants as much attention and the GEN Y people would post a blog stating why he disagrees with a writer with 4 published works.

This is the narrow minded, destined to fail mentality that will result in his failure to succeed in any industry. Some paradoxical truths of Millennials:

They expect to be treated with respect, yet they feel they are endowed and do not have to earn it. (kinda like you Nick)

They need to be active. If their task is to press a button all day, theyรขโ‚ฌโ„ขll grow bored and seek other means of entertainment. (Nick is the same way. It's called ADD though)

Theyรขโ‚ฌโ„ขre fast thinkers! They grew up with the internet and the world at their finger tips. Everything is faster to this generation. The problem being that they expect their career path to evolve as fast as high speed data. (Much faster and intelligent than you Nick)

Theyรขโ‚ฌโ„ขre รขโ‚ฌล“pack animals.รขโ‚ฌย They are team-orientated and seek to include others. The downside is that they also seek to be included and feel entitled to be so without earning it. Millennials want a seat at the table and feel disenfranchised when they donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt have it. (Unlike you Nick, who is a lone wolf and prey not predator)

They like รขโ‚ฌล“balance.รขโ‚ฌย This really translates that they donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt want to work long hours. The best way to compromise here is for the Millennials to give 130% while at work and for the employer to help create an environment where they can leave work at the door. (Nick, you are the type that bleeds for your employer but they are the one stabbing you. Idiotic logic)

They are expressive but are new to รขโ‚ฌล“consequencesรขโ‚ฌย for failing to filter their thoughts when necessary. (Look in the mirror Nick. You are the same)

They want autonomy without having earned it, and are quick to blame lack of supervision for their failures. If you want it, OWN IT! (Typically they have supervisors like you that are haughty, ignorant and lazy. No wonder!)

They are goal driven and need to be challenged quickly. (Unlike payroll leaches like you?)

They are motivated by advancement and growth. But remember, everything is faster! They expect the promotions in 2 years that took other generations 20. Adapt with new milestones for growth. (Why not? they are not compliant to be a slave like you are)

Praise and praise often. Praise like youรขโ‚ฌโ„ขre training a new puppy. But, Millennials, is this really what you want to be equated with? Donรขโ‚ฌโ„ขt seek praise without earning it! (This goes with ANY EMPLOYEE you ***. that is the #1 requirement for ANY EMPLOYEE and is taught in almost any managerial training book?. Where did you get your training? You get what you give)

Millennials do not handle conflict and criticism well,. They respond well to positive reinforcement/. (Who cares? Bend with he changes or your *** ideology of "holding a bat" makes you look like an ancient artifact ready for a crate in the basement of a museum)

Abandon old methods of leading with harsh and abrupt communication, negativity, threats and fear:. The only numbers this will increase is your turnover! (You know from experience)

The result of this ignorant rant? Don't work for Nick or Blue-Grace since they condone this mentality and will look like they are friends of Gen Y but in actuality they are run by a group that has the mentality they are right at all costs and Gen Y is a lesser class of human/. Which will be a hindrance to BlueGrace Logistics since GEN Y is not only the labor pool but they control purchasing and social networks that you are too old to understand the impact it will have posting a narrow-minded, ignorant blog post like this!. They shouldn't be since they are so high priced, they have idiots working there and use the same TMS platform as almost every other agent model. They have some convicts as agents including the infamous Shannon 'Stone" Steede, just google the guy and you'll see what I mean, he travels around in trailer avoiding lawsuits and is a deadbeat dad.

I wouldn't do business with them. There are better options for agents where you can get a custom TMS and get to use UPS among other reputable carriers.
