My company accepted a load for Bluegrace before finding out that their company rating was a D. We were assured that they would factor in-house and that we would receive our payment within two days.
Our contact representative was Rohan Clarke who made this entire experience a nightmare! He was rude, dismissive to our concerns, and antagonizing at every step. He lied continuously about when we could expect to receive our check before finally admitting that it had been sent to our factoring company, WHICH WAS NOT OUR INITAL AGREEMENT (our company will not factor any broker with less than a C rating). What should have been a simple transaction became a horrific experience.
Instead of assisting us with receiving our funds, Rohan Clarke did everything in his power to make this situation as complicated as he could while smugly refusing basic civility. Carriers beware!

We had ordered what amounted to two pallets from the company we have worked with before. The logistics were handled by mybluegrace this time and a trucking company was Roadrunner Transport.
We received one pallet in our warehouse and our admin pointed out that the Manifest stated one of two pallets.
This started an effort to located the missing pallet. MBG asked us to send him a picture of what the palate might look like and the vendor was able to provide a similar picture with specs. The vendor / shipper was in contact with MBG essentially everyday trying to locate this pallet.
I was promised a tracking number yesterday and never received it. As of today pallet 2 of 2 is still missing, making it 6 days late, I am out money on a crew that I had hired to fulfill MY orders and have to hire another crew to come back in to finish the job -whenever the 2nd pallet arrives with the rest of the pieces.

More like Disgrace than bluegrace
Irresponsble and Deceptive
We were overcharged thousands of dollars for shipments that never arrived. We were charged thousands of dollars for shipments we canceled shortly after scheduling them.
We asked them to take responsibility for their failed service they charged us for. Instead they posted a negative review on our google business page because we aren't willing to pay them for service they didn't provide. Most importantly, they posted something negative about us and it has nothing to do with the service we provide. They've never used our service.
They are irresponsible, childish and pretty bad at the service they offer. It's really sad that they felt the need to post a negative post about our business which they have never used and know nothing about.

Gave us a quote and then charged us double!!!!!
We were quoted $700 for some pallets to be sent to MA. The carrier we selected had to hand of the pallets to another carrier so we were charged for their service as well.
We should not have been able to get a quote through BlueGrace for a carrier if they could not deliver to the address we provided. Now they are saying we owe the extra money (we paid the quoted price) and it has been sent to a collection agency!! We always pay our bills and this is just ridiculous. By the way, the 17 days it took to get there?
it was supposed to only take 5. And this was the first time being charged double, bu not the first time something took MUCH longer to arrive at it's destination!
And trying to get anyone at BluegRace to help you when there is an issue is a joke!! Do NOT use them, not worth it!
